3400 Complex Debuts

The 3400 Complex openened in 1979. It was formerly a T.G. Lee dairy depot. It was first occupied by the Palace Club, which moved from its former location on Humphrey Drive, and the Loading Dock, operated by Wally Wood and managed by Jan Koren for the next 6 years. Sappho's, a lesbian bar, was also located there.
